Open Meetings Laws New

Structured data on the Netherlands' open meetings framework for gemeenten under Gemeentewet Art. 19–26. Notable: Art. 11b (added 2022) creates a statutory spreekrecht (right to speak) — one of the few national frameworks with mandatory public comment. See ungovr.org/law/meetings/nl.
