Partner and Civil-Society Sources

Datasets from nonprofits, research groups, and journalism projects

Most of what UnGovr publishes comes from governments. The datasets below do not: they are published by nonprofits, research groups, journalism projects, and trade associations. Each one is used under its publisher's own terms, with credit and a link back to where it came from, and each is documented in full on the sources page named beside it.

Using a dataset does not mean its publisher has endorsed UnGovr or agreed to a partnership. A source is not a partnership. How partnerships work, and which kinds are open, is on the partner page.

Right to information and open government

Assessments and guides that tell us how strong a country's or state's transparency law is, and where to look for the text. They calibrate the law.ungovr.org directories and never replace the statute each entry cites.

Standards and frameworks

The security, privacy, and AI governance frameworks that LexLint maps to law (published by NIST, OWASP, MITRE, and others) are credited, with each publisher's licence, on lexlint.io/frameworks. They are not repeated here.
