Your rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing (including processing based on legitimate interests, and any direct marketing); receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in the EEA, your national data-protection authority.
International data transfers
We process and store personal data in the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK to the United States, we take steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, after which we delete or anonymize it.
3. California
If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, access it, delete it, correct it, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. UnGovr does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact privacy@ungovr.org or use our Delete Your Data page.

If you live elsewhere – for example, Canada (PIPEDA), Australia, or Brazil (LGPD) – you may have similar rights under your local law. Contact us and we will respond consistent with the law that applies to you.
5. How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@ungovr.org and tell us which right you want to exercise. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies to you. You may also use an authorized agent where the law permits.
